AUTHENTICATION & GUARANTEE
Every pre-owned watch we sell comes with a 12 month mechanical warranty.
All our watches are thoroughly checked before we purchase them and before they leave the office. This gives every customer the piece of mind when buying vintage watches with us. Additionally if a mechanical problem arises through no fault of your own, then we will repair over the duration of this warranty. If you cause accidental damage to the watch during the 12 month period or our watchmaker suspects accidental damage, we will not be liable for any further repairs free of charge. We do not guarantee our vintage watches to be water resistant or recommend that they are worn in water unless stated in the authenticity document provided upon sale.
SHIPPING
All items are carefully packed, shipped and insured via Royal Mail within the UK and DHL for international. Please keep in mind that for shipments to the EU, and overseas, Doble Vintage Watches required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Please note returns won’t be accepted if we have sized the gold bracelet with our in house goldsmith. However in other circumstances a return must be made within 5 days of receiving the watch and is at the cost of the customer with insured Royal Mail inside the UK or DHL insured postage outside the UK. We will process the refund once we can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it left our office.
